Integrative Consultation

An integrative approach combines the best of Naturopathy and Classical Chinese Medicine, offering a holistic path to wellness. Naturopathy supports the body’s natural healing abilities with both natural and modern techniques, while Classical Chinese Medicine restores balance, removes blockages, and promotes optimal energy flow to facilitate healing.

By integrating these powerful systems, we address the root causes of health imbalances, not just the symptoms, while considering both physical and energetic aspects of health. This personalised, holistic approach promotes long-term healing, vitality, and well-being, supporting the body, mind, and spirit.

Acpuncture

Acupuncture is an ancient practice that originated in China over 2,000 years ago. In Chinese Medicine, it clears energy blockages and promotes the smooth flow of qi (vital energy) throughout the body.

From a Western medical perspective, acupuncture stimulates the central nervous system, triggering the release of neurochemicals in the muscles, spinal cord, and brain.

This process can enhance circulation, reduce pain, and promote healing, while also regulating stress and supporting emotional well-being.

Qigong Instruction

Qigong, meaning "energy (Qi) work (gong)," includes both inner alchemy (quiet meditation) and moving meditation, which helps open the body’s channels and meridians, similar to hatha yoga. The practice centres on four key components: visualization, specific body postures (mudras), breath, and sound or vibration (mantras).

The Jinjing Gong (Tendon and Channel Qigong) school is one of China’s alchemical life science traditions, focused on nourishing life through cosmological teachings, meditation, and movement exercises.
